1. The “Notice and Description of Shellfish Area Condemnation Number 023-120, Lancaster and Morattico Creeks,” effective 15 December 2025, is cancelled effective 15 October 2026.
2. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 023-120, shown as Sections A, B and C, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from these areas for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of these areas are shown on the map titled “Lancaster and Morattico Creeks, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 023-120, 15 October 2026” which is part of this notice.
3. Conditionally Approved Shellfish Area (closed status) Number 023-120, shown as Section M1, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026, and shall remain in force until rescinded. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to take shellfish from this area for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of this area are shown on the map titled “Lancaster and Morattico Creeks, Condemned Shellfish Number 023-120, 15 October 2026” which is part of this notice.
4۔ محکمہ صحت اس حکم پر نظرثانی یا ترمیم کے سلسلے میں کسی بھی وقت کسی بھی دلچسپی رکھنے والے شخص کی طرف سے درخواستیں وصول کرے گا، ان پر غور کرے گا اور ان کا جواب دے گا۔
ممنوعہ علاقے نمبر 023-120کی حدود
A. ممنوعہ علاقے میں Lancaster Creek کا وہ حصہ اور اس کے معاون دریا شامل ہوں گے جو عرض البلد / طول البلد کے نقشے کے نقاط (37°48'29.2",-76°37'41.7") اور نقشے کے نقاط (37°48'16.6",-76°37'34.0") کے درمیان کھینچی گئی لکیر کے بالائی حصے میں واقع ہیں۔
B. The condemned area shall include all of Morattico Creek and its tributaries upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°48'12.5",-76°38'37.6") and map coordinate (37°48'13.1",-76°38'15.5").
C. ممنوعہ علاقے میں موریٹیکو کریک (Morattico Creek) کا وہ حصہ شامل ہوگا جو عرض البلد/طول البلد کے نقشے کے نقاط (37°47'45.8",-76°39'04.3")، نقشے کے نقاط (37°47'54.5",-76°38'53.2")، اور نقشے کے نقاط (37°48'05.9",-76°38'47.9") کے درمیان کھینچی گئی لکیر کے اندرونی جانب واقع ہے۔
M1۔ مشروط طور پر منظور شدہ علاقہ (بند حیثیت) میں موراٹیکو کریک (Morattico Creek) کا وہ حصہ شامل ہوگا جو عرض بلد/طول بلد کے نقشے کے نقاط (37°47'59.1",",-76°38'54.8"), نقشے کے نقاط (37°47'54.5",",-76°38'53.2"), اور نقشے کے نقاط (37°47'53.4",",-76°39'00.1") کے درمیان کھینچی گئی لکیر کے اندرونی جانب واقع ہے؛ اور اسے سیکشن C کے حصے کے طور پر دکھایا گیا ہے۔
