NOTICE AND DESCRIPTION OF SHELLFISH AREA CONDEMNATION
NUMBER 022-116, BEACH CREEK

ٹائٹل 28.2 کے مطابق، باب 8، §§ 28.2-803 تا 28.2-808، § 32.1-20، اور § 2.2-4002، کوڈ آف Virginia کا B.16:
1. Condemned Shellfish Area Number 022-116, shown as Section A, is hereby established effective 15 October 2026. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to take shellfish from these areas for any purpose, except by permit granted by the Marine Resources Commission, as provided in § 28.2-810 of the Code of Virginia. The boundaries of these areas are shown on the map titled “Beach Creek, Condemned Shellfish Area Number 022-116, 15 October 2026” which is part of this notice.
2۔ محکمہ صحت اس حکم پر نظرثانی یا ترمیم کے سلسلے میں کسی بھی وقت کسی بھی دلچسپی رکھنے والے شخص کی طرف سے درخواستیں وصول کرے گا، ان پر غور کرے گا اور ان کا جواب دے گا۔
ممنوعہ علاقے نمبر 022-116کی حدود
A. The condemned area shall include all of Beach Creek and its tributaries lying upstream of a line drawn between latitude / longitude map coordinate (37°39'54.8",-76°32'09.6") and map coordinate (37°39'51.0",-76°32'07.2").
