The 8701 Park Central Drive, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23227 location is open Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No appointment is necessary. Please note that if you are requesting a change\/amendment to a vital record, we recommend that you mail this to our office, or you can drop it off for processing and we will mail it to you after it is processed. Drop-off and Mail-in service is recommended for amendments due to the recent increase in visitors to our office and the wait-time is much longer than usual for these types of requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

DMV locations and Local Health Departments are open for walk-ins and appointments during normal business hours. Please check here for DMV appointments available near you<\/a>. It is highly recommended to call ahead to confirm services and hours at any Health District. Health District contact information can be found here.<\/a> Please note that changes and amendments can only be completed by the Office of Vital Records.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
