RHHD provides important immunizations to children of all ages. From polio to HPV, our team will help make sure your family has the immunizations they need to stay healthy. Clinical Services are available to the insured, uninsured and underinsured residents as well as the general public and teens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember: Some vaccines are required to attend public and private schools, so make sure your child is up-to-date and can start school on time! Vaccines required for entry into Richmond and Henrico County Schools<\/a> are available to all children regardless of insurance status. Seasonal flu vaccine is available for children six months and older. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A regular, annual visit with your primary care provider (PCP)<\/b>. If you need help choosing a PCP, visit\u00a0rhhd.gov\/connect-pc<\/a>\u00a0to learn more primary care in our communities!<\/p>\n

A local pharmacy or urgent care<\/span><\/span><\/b>. Many pharmacies or urgent cares also offer childhood immunizations, and most insurance covers recommended childhood immunizations at no cost. Ask about cost when you are making the appointment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hope and Bremo Pharmacies are <\/span>Virginia Vaccines for Children<\/span><\/a> providers which means they can also offer free <\/span><\/span>or low-cost<\/span><\/span> vaccines for children who qualify for Medicaid <\/span><\/span>or are <\/span>under <\/span><\/span>or <\/span>uninsured<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
