Please call the local health department directly to schedule an appointment. Records must be received by the health department at least 5 days in advance of the appointment.<\/p>\n

Childhood Immunizations<\/h3>\n

We provide all required childhood immunizations. It is important to bring any immunization records from your child’s previous provider with you. Keep your child up-to-date on their immunizations by following the recommended immunization schedule for their health and that of the community. The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program is offered for all children birth through 19 years of age for persons with no insurance, Medicaid or Medicaid HMOs, Native Americians, and Alaskan Natives. The Vaccines for Children program helps ensure that all children have a better chance of getting their recommended vaccines. VFC has helped prevent disease and save lives (CDC). Immunizations are offered on a walk in basis, without an appointment.<\/p>\n
