The LFHD serves the counties of Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah, Page, and Warren as well as the City of Winchester.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are the hours of service for the health departments?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All health departments are open from Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. All LFHD locations are closed on bank holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where can I find information about office closings due to weather\/emergencies?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

The LFHD website and LFHD Facebook<\/a><\/span> page will reflect any office closures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Are appointments needed for services?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes, most services require an appointment, unless specified otherwise. Call your local health department for questions regarding appointments or to make an appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are the costs of services?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Services range in price and many services are provided on a sliding scale with proof of income. Most insurances are accepted as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

When can I get a COVID-19 vaccine?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Appointments must be made for COVID-19 vaccinations. Call your local health department to make an appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n
