Birth defects were classified using the International Classification of Diseases, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW124607696 BCX8\">Nineth<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW124607696 BCX8\"> and Tenth Revisions (ICD-9 and ICD-10).
