Join our CHW Core Competency Training available nationwide this spring for CHWs across the country who are looking to strengthen foundational skills and deepen their practice.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Training Dates: March 12 \u2013 April 30, 2026 (weekly on Thursdays)
\n\u2022 Time: 2:00\u20134:00 p.m. ET
\n\u2022 Format: Self-paced online instruction and live sessions
\n\u2022 Cohort Size: Limited to 25 participants<\/p>\n

The 80-hour CHW Core Competency Training is delivered through a hybrid model grounded in the roles and competencies outlined by the National C3 Council. The 12-week program combines self-paced online instruction covering CHW foundations and health-focused competencies, assigned coursework, live virtual group sessions, and a field experience. This structure supports effective onboarding and skill development for Community Health Workers.<\/p>\n
