Active Managerial Control (AMC) Toolkit<\/strong><\/p>\n

This toolkit is exactly what you need to fix food safety breakdowns that have occurred in your establishment.\u00a0\u00a0We have developed resources focused on the most common food safety risk factor violations.\u00a0\u00a0In this toolkit, you will find pictures, guidance documents, posters, and templates.\u00a0 You can use the blank template to develop a customized AMC plan for each priority food safety risk factor in your facility.\u00a0 These have been designed to simplify the process for creating a food safety system to help assure safe practices are followed routinely.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We offer a variety of resources that can help food service operators of all experience levels develop their own food safety systems using proven AMC methods.<\/p>\n
